Meet Dr. Kestenbaum
Dr. Robert A. Kestenbaum, a resident of Arlington, Texas since 1986, received his B.A. Degree in Psychology from Long Island University, Southampton College in 1971. He moved to Texas in 1980 after receiving his D.D.S. Degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kestenbaum practiced General Dentistry in Houston for six years before moving to the Metroplex. An active member of the Arlington community, Dr. K (as everyone calls him), his wife of 30 years Emma, and his two children David (a martial arts Master and athletic performance specialist) and Niki (a Psychology major at U.T.A. and competitive cheerleading coach) traveled extensively together as the kids competed in national and international events. An Eagle Scout, Dr. K’s interests and past-times include Taekwondo, Hockey, Wake boarding, international relations and playing the guitar. Sports Dentistry has always interested Dr. Kestenbaum, and he recently received his Team Dentist Certification from the Academy for Sports Dentistry. He also owns VIP Mouthguards-a company which makes custom state-of-the-art mouthguards for all sports activities.

Jennifer
Front Office Administrator/Insurance Coordinator
Jennifer has been with the practice for six years. She is responsible for coordinating insurance and making financial arrangements. She is your appointment coordinator and your contact person should there be any financial questions. She enjoys all aspects of working for Dr. Kestenbaum, beginning with the patients and ending with the staff. When out of the office Jennifer enjoys camping, volleyball, swimming and spending quality time with her two boys, Izayah and Izrael.
Mary
Appointment Coordinator
Mary has been with the practice for one year. She is responsible for scheduling appointments and making sure patients are well-cared for. She enjoys working with people every day, and is a big sports fan. Mary loves spending time with her family, horseback riding, taking pictures and taking her dog Jada to the dog park.
Brenda
Head Dental Assistant
Brenda, a registered Dental Assistant certified in Nitrous Oxide administration and CPR, has been with the practice five years. She takes great pride in serving her patients and makes sure they are comfortable and confident with their dental experience. She and Dr. Kestenbaum work together as a well-oiled machine. When out of the office, Brenda enjoys working out, shopping and spending time with her husband and their new daughter.
Janette
Dental Assistant
Janette has been with the practice two years. A registered Dental Assistant, she is certified in Nitrous Oxide administration and CPR. Her patients are her top priority and it shows. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Janette is also a part-time student who would like to become a Dental Hygienist in the future.
Gisele
Dental Hygienist
Gisele has been working for Dr. Kestenbaum for eight years. A registered Dental Hygienist, she is certified in Nitrous Oxide administration and CPR. She makes sure her patients are in a comfortable and safe environment while receiving the highest professional dental care. When she is not beautifying smiles, you can find her attending church, working out, spending time with friends and family, going to the lake and engaging in her all time favorite past-time…eating.
Theresa
Dental Hygienist
Theresa has been with the practice for two years. She is a registered Dental Hygienist, certified in Nitrous Oxide administration and CPR. She strives to help her patients achieve optimum oral health through education. Theresa provides the highest quality dental hygiene care in a friendly and warm atmosphere. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, reading novels, listening to music and spending time with family, especially her four children.
